We do not accept returns for any products apart from Manufacturing Defect or Damage during transportation. If there is any defect you need to inform it to us by sending an email and calling our call-centre within 24 hours of receiving & accepting the product. We believe in complete customer satisfaction, and any product which you have received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect can either be replaced or refunded. Refund requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team. Return Policy

If for any of our mistake the product has to be returned (like damaged in transportation / manufacturing defect / wrong product received) you can call us on +91 - 8880 666 666 and inform about your issue. You need to send the product back on your own, the delivery time will depend on your chosen courier. Please make sure the product is sealed properlyOnce the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically, the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on either the mode of payment chosen by you or NEFT/RTGS to your bank account.

Refund Policy

Typically, the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Expected timeline of refunds takes 5-7 days.

Cancellation Policy

You can also get in touch with our Customer Care team with your order number to raise a cancellation request. Cancellation duration takes typically one day after confirming cancellation by calling +91 - 8880 666 666. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of Prepaid orders Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.

Shipping policy

The large majority of our orders are shipped within the same day of the order, and delivered in 3 to 4 working days from shipping.

We currently deliver to more than 750 cities across PAN India.

We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. We also don't deliver on Sundays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 2-3 days.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care +91 - 8880 666 666 or write to us at, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

*Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 5-7 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 5-7 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
